The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a fantastic pool area, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and did provide excellent service, although my room was really outdated and uncomfortable due to issues like humidity and malfunctioning air conditioning. While the breakfast buffet was exceptional, overall the value for money wasn't there considering the room conditions.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, enjoying the gorgeous pool and impressive lazy river. The spacious rooms made our family feel right at home, and the service was genuinely accommodating. However, the decor could use some updates to match the modern feel of the amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained.

Our family had a wonderful time at JW Grande Lakes, but the construction was a significant downside. While the hotel’s amenities are lovely and the staff at the pool area were exceptional, we weren’t informed about the extent of the construction before arriving, which detracted from our poolside experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, making our stay enjoyable overall despite the disturbances.

Overall, this hotel is stunning with beautiful grounds and dedicated staff, especially the valet team who treat you like royalty. However, the dining options on-site are overly expensive and the hidden fees for things like parking and the business center can add up quickly. The pool complex is a real highlight that makes for a relaxing stay, especially if you're looking to unwind rather than hit the theme parks.
