The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a fantastic pool area, making it a pleasant stay. The staff were helpful and did provide excellent service, although my room was really outdated and uncomfortable due to issues like humidity and malfunctioning air conditioning. While the breakfast buffet was exceptional, overall the value for money wasn't there considering the room conditions.

Our family had a wonderful time at JW Grande Lakes, but the construction was a significant downside. While the hotel’s amenities are lovely and the staff at the pool area were exceptional, we weren’t informed about the extent of the construction before arriving, which detracted from our poolside experience.
